I'm a proud mother of three incredible young adults—one daughter and two sons—who’ve made every moment as a retired cheer and football momma unforgettable. They are truly my world.

Since 1998, I’ve dedicated my career to working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Before that, I was a nanny in the charming town of Scarsdale, NY, just north of New York City. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats in the field—from Direct Support Professional to Residential Supervisor, ADSVH Supervisor, and now, Regional Director. I thrive on challenges, whether it’s figuring out how something works or helping someone discover their “why.”

I’m a passionate Cleveland Browns fan on a mission to visit every NFL stadium in the country—five down, many more to go! I live for road trips, especially spontaneous ones. One of my favorites? Buying a train ticket from NYC to Atlanta on a whim with just a backpack and a book in hand.

A few other things you should know about me: I believe dogs are the best creatures on Earth. I absolutely love to cook (just not grill—I’ve accidentally set three of them on fire, and no, you may not ask how). I believe joy and purpose come from living boldly and embracing mistakes as learning experiences.

I have a deep love for history, architecture, and a good ghost story. Creative expression runs through my veins—I’ve been sewing since age 11, making everything from prom dresses to my own graduation and wedding gowns. I can draw and paint too, just don’t ask for a portrait—and keep graph paper away from me while you’re at it!

Music moves me, but TV keeps me focused. My go-to background shows? NCIS, Blue Bloods, Criminal Minds, and Supernatural. And if you hand me a microphone, expect a passionate rendition of “Bobby McGee” by Janis Joplin.

One last thing—sarcasm is not optional. It’s essential.
