Rich Harlow

Director Residential Services

Hi, I'm Rich Harlow. I've been happily married for 9 years and have spent most of my professional life working in roles that connect with people. For 18 years, I worked in clothing retail, but eventually, I realized I wanted something more personally rewarding.

That led me to a new path—Non-Medical Transportation (NMT). I've now been in the NMT field for over 13 years, including the last 5 running my own NMT business in Summit County, serving adults with disabilities. It’s work that means something to me, and every day, I’m reminded why I made the switch.

For 8 of those years, I had the opportunity to work alongside Cody, someone I’ve come to know well over the past decade. We first met through our CrossFit gym and quickly built a friendship with him and his wife, Brianne. When Cody began expanding his business, I saw an opportunity to be part of something thriving—and meaningful.

Today, I serve as the Director of Residential Services, where I work closely with our DSPs behind the scenes to provide ongoing training, scheduling support, and help with in-home needs. One of my favorite parts of the job is visiting the homes or day programs. Spending time with our adults always brings a smile to my face—they make you feel like a rock star just for showing up.

Seeing the incredible progress many of them have made over the years is truly inspiring. It’s a daily reminder of why I love what I do and the importance of keeping life in perspective.

Most recently, I had the privilege of working closely with our adults to help open our retail store, You-niquely Yours, in May 2025. I continue to support them in the store, teaching new skills like customer service, merchandising, and maintaining a welcoming and organized space.

This work has not only changed my career path—it’s changed my life.
